We currently operate within a 5 km delivery radius from Whitefield, Bangalore.

3. Ordering & Delivery
- Orders are subject to availability.
- Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic or weather.
- Minimum order value and delivery charges may apply.

4. Pricing
All prices include applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Payments
All payments must be completed through authorized payment methods in the app.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select areas.

6. Quality & Freshness
We source fresh fruits and dry fruits daily. If an item is unavailable or below quality standards, we may substitute it or issue a refund.

7. Cancellation & Refunds
Refer to our separate Cancellation and Return Policy below.

8. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access. Abuse or fraudulent orders may lead to suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability
Sanjana Fresh shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
