1. Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 2 hours of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or not fresh.
- The wrong product is received.
2. Process
Contact us via app or support@sanjanafresh.in with:
- Order ID,
- Photos of the issue,
- Short description of the problem.
3. Resolution
Depending on availability, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund within 3–5 working days.
