Shipping Policy

At Sanjana Fresh, we are committed to delivering fresh fruits and dry fruits quickly and efficiently within our service area. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and conditions.

1. Delivery Area

We currently operate within a 5 km delivery radius from Whitefield, Bangalore.

Orders placed outside this area will not be processed.

2. Delivery Timings

Deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Orders placed after 7:30 PM will be scheduled for delivery the next day.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, traffic, and weather conditions.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 30–90 minutes of confirmation.

In case of high demand or product unavailability, customers will be notified via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for orders above a specified minimum value (as displayed in the app).

A nominal delivery fee applies for smaller orders, depending on distance and order size.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with estimated delivery time.

Our delivery partner may contact you via call or WhatsApp for location confirmation if required.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

A delivery will be marked as “failed” if:

The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

The customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery.

The customer refuses delivery without valid reason.

In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply, or the order may be canceled without refund (as per the Cancellation Policy).

7. Product Handling & Packaging

All fruits and dry fruits are packed in fresh, hygienic, and eco-friendly packaging.

We ensure temperature-controlled handling during delivery to maintain freshness.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

Unexpected traffic or weather conditions,

Supply chain or stock issues,

Public holidays or government restrictions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
