1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement through the app or by contacting customer support.
- Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable if:
- The wrong items are delivered.
- Items are damaged, spoiled, or missing upon delivery.
- Order is canceled before dispatch.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect address provided by user.
- Partial consumption of delivered goods.
